This week has been a week of pancakes! The children have practised their cutting skills as they cut card circles and toppings to create their own recipes. The home corner has been incredibly popular – the children have flipped and tossed ‘real’ pancakes, squeezed lemons and sprinkled sultanas onto this very popular delicacy. On Wednesday homemade pancakes were served for mid-morning snack.
